- Soak dry rice noodles (120g) or fresh rice noodles (200g) for about 10mins. Drain and set aside.
- Heat oil 2-3 tablespoons in a work. Add tofu cubes (100g) and fresh shrimps. Stir-fry until meat is cooked.
- Add an egg into the wok. Wait until meat is cooked.
- Add "Kanokwan Pad Thai Paste" and drained rice noodles. Stir-fry until the ingredients mix well together.
- Add bean sprouts (100g) adn chives. Stir-fry for another minute.
